These terms apply to your use of the ShopPos website at shoppos.in, provided by Planet5 Software. By using the website you agree to them.

The website

The website describes ShopPos and lets you contact us or start a free trial. We work to keep the information accurate, but features, availability and plans can change. Descriptions on this website are for information and are not a promise of any particular result.

The free trial

You can register a shop and use ShopPos free for 14 days. When the trial ends you will need to choose a plan to keep creating bills and other records; you can still view and print your data. Plans and prices will be shared with you before you are asked to pay anything.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, break into it, send it automated or false submissions, or use it to send us anything unlawful.

Your responsibilities

ShopPos helps you prepare billing, stock and GST information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for filing your returns with the authorities; ShopPos prepares figures and does not file returns on your behalf.

Our content

The ShopPos name, the website and its content belong to Planet5 Software. You may view and share links to the website, but may not copy it or use our name in a way that suggests an endorsement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the website is provided as it is, and Planet5 Software is not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
